💵 1. Service Fees

Pill Pick Up, LLC charges a small service fee for each scheduled pickup. Because our service involves travel, supplies, and secure disposal, all completed pickups are generally non-refundable.


↩️ 2. When Refunds ARE Available

We will gladly issue a full refund if:

  • ✔ We were unable to complete your pickup due to an issue on our end
  • ✔ You were accidentally charged twice
  • ✔ You paid for a service you did not receive

❌ 3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds cannot be issued when:

  • ❌ Services were completed as scheduled
  • ❌ You changed your mind after the pickup was performed
  • ❌ Medications were already sealed and transported

🗓️ 4. Canceling Before Your Appointment

You can always cancel before your appointment at no charge.

  • ✔ No cancellation fees
  • ✔ No rescheduling fees
  • ✔ Just call or text
